Sasikala Mahesh

Sasikala or Sashi has extensive experience in devising account strategies, with client-partnerships that deliver effective business solutions and in managing large and distributed engagements across geographies.

In her current role, Sashi establishes guidelines for setting up and executing distributed software delivery. She manages them using lean processes and enabling productive governance and risk management. Sashi provides delivery oversight on complex engagements and drives initiatives for growth and scale within the delivery organization.

Over her 22+ years of experience in software engineering, operations and leadership, Sashi has developed a strong passion for coaching and mentoring. She's active in these circles/networks both within Thoughtworks and outside. Sashi also spends her time facilitating programs for senior hire on-boarding , excellence in delivery and client services.
