Without question, the future of businesses is digital. In his keynote, Peter will share insightful case studies and compelling research, to demonstrate how 'future ready' organizations embed digital in their strategy, and are enabled by digital expertise, great data, digital partnerships, platforms and new business modes.

He will outline steps and adjustments decision makers must take to transform their organization into a resilient, adaptable and future ready business, including:

  • Creating a winning digital strategy
  • Tools companies can use to tackle threats and leverage opportunities
  • Developing a digital operating model to increase revenue and drive growth
  • Forging partnerships and building a shared ecosystem so everyone can thrive.

Fireside chat: Protecting, optimizing and growing organizations in the face of uncertainty

Nigel Dalton, Social Scientist at Thoughtworks and Chris Murphy, Global Chief Revenue and Client Officer at Thoughtworks

Driving sustainable, inclusive and profitable growth while managing disruption from megatrends like the next wave of digital innovation, climate crisis and an aging population, requires adaptability and agility to succeed in almost any environment. Following Peter's keynote, Nigel Dalton and Chris Murphy will discuss how future focused leaders:

  • Shape their thinking and actions toward growth over both short and long-term horizons
  • React decisively to shorter-term disruptions that can be turned into future opportunities
  • Anticipate changes in regulations, technology, and customer demands, and work hard to meet these challenges head-on
  • Consider and prepare for the macro factors reshaping business, such as economic turmoil, climate change, and an aging population
  • Understand what, when and how key technologies will impact their strategic ambitions in the coming years.
