Susan Gordona

Sue Gordona is a Senior Vice President in Fidelity’s Personal Investing (PI) unit. As head of the Solution Delivery and PMO organisation for PI, Sue has two main responsibilities – leading an organisation of business portfolio and program managers and analysts responsible for effectively managing and delivering upon a portfolio of high value products and services to Fidelity customers, and leading PI’s 4x Enterprise Transformation program, aimed at delivering value to customers faster.

Since joining Fidelity in 2002 Sue has held leadership roles in product management, development and delivery across Fidelity’s retail and workplace investing businesses. Prior to coming to Fidelity, Sue helped Fortune 50 clients apply technology to their business challenges as a Technology Solutions consultant at A.T. Kearney and a Systems Consultant with Hewitt Associates.

Sue earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Rochester Institute of Technology and her Masters in Business Administration from Babson College.
