As an engineering manager, practice manager, delivery manager, project manager, lead consultant and developer, I have been working for clients and vendors in various industries using a broad range of technologies, e.g. finance, wealth, government, health, education, telecom, etc. With a client-obsession approach, I focus on developing delivery strategies with a keen eye on governance, quality, technology and people to achieve success, as well as driving the Agile delivery teams to deliver business values and continuous improvement.
