I work as the Head of Recruitment at Thoughtworks Finland and the Netherlands but basically I’m just another human being wanting to make a difference for the better.

The way I contribute to this is by helping people find a meaningful next step in their career. It’s true that work is only one part of our lives but it does take a huge junk of it and that’s why doing something you genuinely enjoy affects your overall happiness. So to sum it up you could say I work in the field of making people more happy in the life they live.

The thing that makes me happy at work is seeing all these amazing people enjoy the work they’ve chosen to do, especially if I know I had a little something to do with them ending up at Thoughtworks.
