As a Lead Product Designer at Thoughtworks, I develop user-centered strategies and design solutions across enterprise, B2B and consumer-facing environments. With more than nine years of experience, I bring a deep understanding of how to align user needs with business goals, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact experiences. My work spans industries including automotive, retail, fitness and agriculture, with a strong focus on enterprise and product innovation.

I have deepened my expertise in AI as a key contributor to Thoughtworks’ Global Customer Experience and Product Design (CXPD) team. In this role, I lead the CX Offering and AI-powered products enablement initiatives.
