Founded in 1993 in Chicago, Thoughtworks celebrates its 30th anniversary this May and has a global workforce of 11,500 employees in 51 offices across 18 countries. In Ecuador, Thoughtworks has its headquarters in the city of Quito. However, since 2021, they have adopted a remote work model, which means they have staff throughout the national territory. Currently, Thoughtworks has over 200 employees distributed in various locations, all committed to excellence and innovation.
