She is a “professional digital native” having played a part in shaping the very first eCommerce businesses and building the first websites during her early career. Faye has significant experience in traditional tech and change delivery and is a thought leader in Agile in Enterprise and building collaborative diverse teams. She has lead organisations towards achieving full digital transformation, most recently at River Island, where she re-built and modernised the tech department to help the retailer harness new technologies and transform the 70 year old business to survive the evolution that retail is going through.
