I’m interested in the unseen factors that make an organisation successful. Some of these are about recognising autopilot behaviours and pushing beyond them to become more effective. Others relate to team intelligence and how we ‘show up’ in the workplace: the quality of our energy and the nature of our intent.


I began as a student of philosophy, politics and international relations. My focus was Recognition Theory, developed by Axel Honneth at the Frankfurt School for Social Research. Later, as part of my Master of IT (Project Management), I wrote a thesis on the role of interpersonal dynamics in building effective cross-functional teams.


My agile experience spans the Government, Media, Telco, Automotive, Energy and Retail sectors. Among other roles, I have worked in content, delivery and change enablement.
