AJ has worked in the Employer Brand space since 2015 and today she focuses on program management, content strategy and recruiter enablement. Her background is a mixture of editing, writing, recruiting and employer branding. 

Outside of work, she enjoys baking, learning new languages, watching political or true crime documentaries and not speaking in the 3rd person.
