While we value input from experts on advanced applications, developers should have basic knowledge of user interfaces, databases, and data science, the newest industry darling. While advanced applications requires deep expertise, we are pushing for collaborative analytics and data science, where all developers use basic statistical analysis and tools to make better decisions, and work closely with experts when things get complicated.
