Santosh comes with extensive experience in IT consulting, data analytics and digital transformation across the banking, insurance and e-commerce sectors. He has a demonstrated ability to guide the development of end-to-end data platforms, oversee product lifecycles and establish robust API ecosystems for a large number of banking and financial services institutions across the world. 

Santosh brings deep domain expertise in Core Banking, AML, Machine Learning and cloud-native banking solutions (MAMBU, Thought Machine). At Thoughtworks, he leads the product development and API strategy for retail banking, payments, cards and risk compliance. Besides work, Santosh enjoys yoga, meditation and playing badminton.
