I joined Thoughtworks in 2011 as a Lead Experience Designer. I've been working in the User Centered Design area since 2001, helping companies to optimise their products for a better customer experience and business success. I have a background in Psychology, marketing and copywriting - I love walking in the customers’ shoes and understanding their perspectives.
