Jade Daubney-Bennett

I joined Thoughtworks in 2014 and have worn a few different hats since then. A large part of my career here has been in Global Talent Acquisition, where I focused on managing and delivering change programs - something I’ve always been passionate about.

Now, I lead the First-Year Experience globally. A large part of that is managing Thoughworks University (TWU). My role is all about designing meaningful, growth-focused journeys for our new joiners around the world. I love creating experiences that help people feel connected, supported, and set up to thrive - from graduates taking their first steps, to experienced hires joining us from elsewhere.

I’m especially passionate about transformation, cultivation, and helping our graduate talent grow into the leaders of tomorrow.
