Rishab Bailey

Rishab is a practicing advocate in India working with Roy Singham, Thoughtworks' founder and chief executive officer. He also consults for various not-for-profit organizations in India notably the Society for Knowledge Commons and Newsclick. Rishab primarily works in areas of IP, tech and communication law. He previously worked with Amarchand & Mangaldas from 2007 to 2010 where he was in the dispute resolution team (arbitration and litigation) working in areas such as finance, banking, company law, etc, followed by a short stint at the Software Freedom Law Center, India where he worked on issues such as intermediary liability and privacy.
