Sylvia Le Hong

Sylvia started as Experience Design Consultant at Thoughtworks Australia and then moved to Germany 3 years later to help to build the Munich office. Since then, she has worked with our clients as Business Analyst and Program Manager. Today, Sylvia is the Office Principal of Thoughtworks Munich and responsible for the "Empowering Thoughtworker Growth" initiative, which focuses on a culture of cultivation and the personal growth of Thoughtworks employees in Germany.
