Nati Rivera

After a significant pivot in my career and following the completion of my audiovisual communication degree, I decided to bet on the tech industry — it's proven to be the best decision I've ever made. Over the last nine years I've held many roles including iteration manager, business analyst, delivery principal and developer. My experience also spans multiple sectors, from retail to telecommunications and banking.

While my professional life has been incredibly diverse, there are two key things that unite everything I've done: striving for excellence and the care of the people on my teams. As a neurodivergent person, I'm passionate about advocating for neurodivergent people and building working environments where everyone can thrive.

In recent years I've begun to specialize in data analysis and Python development; this has significantly enhanced my technical knowledge and is helping me work more even more successfully with product teams. I'm excited to continue learning and share my knowledge and experiences with both Thoughtworks clients and the wider industry.
