Brad Ward is a senior business analyst at Thoughtworks and the co-founder of www.GroupMap.com.au. He has 8 years experience in agile software delivery; including 4 years as a program manager with Microsoft in Seattle, working with product development teams including Microsoft Office Labs and Bing Shopping. During the course of his career he has worn many hats - developer, agile coach, iteration manager, product manager and analyst.
