Janine Grote

With both an IT and business background, I’m really passionate about my role as Client Principal at Thoughtworks.

During my dual business informatics studies, I gained my first insights into the broad IT world. I started my professional career as an account manager. In this role, I was able to work with several companies in different industries like Automotive, Manufacturing and Retail, understand their pain points and help them to find and implement the right solutions for them.

I live in the south of Germany together with my partner and my cat. In the winter I love to ski and in the summer months I enjoy the sea and diving a lot.
