It Gets Better

A group of us got together at the North American Away Day in 2011 to record a video for the "It Gets Better" project. This video is the result.

The It Gets Better project's mission is to communicate to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth around the world that it gets better, and to create and inspire the changes needed to make it better for them. We were honored to create our video almost three years ago and many Thoughtworkers remain active in the organization.

Thanks to all those who took part, especially to Rajiv Matthew for the videography, and to ex-Thoughtworker Vikram Ahuja for his help with editing.
