I am a lifelong writer, speaker and researcher dedicated to making science and technology accessible to everyone. I initiated my journey in Sci-Tech Story Telling in 1988 with my first public talk in Mumbai — and I haven’t stopped after reaching 2000+. My book on observational astronomy received the State’s Best Literature Award in 2006 and remained a bestseller for two years.

I am deeply passionate about simplifying complex scientific and technological concepts and bringing them to broader audiences through clear, engaging storytelling. When not writing or speaking, I enjoy exploring deep learning, building GenAI models, and experimenting with the Geometry of Machine Learning in my home-grown Tech Studio in Pune. My studio is also a birth place of my watercolour paintings of ancient Indian sculptures, especially Sursundaries.

Since February 2022, I’ve been with Thoughtworks India, where I serve as a Principal Consultant. Currently, I work with Thoughtworks AI Labs as a Principal Tech Content Specialist, focusing on deep learning and advanced AI technologies.
