Malcolm Beaton
Principal Consultant
Malcolm Beaton is a Principal Consultant with Thoughtworks. He is an experienced agile practitioner with over 8 years experience in Scrum, XP, Kanban, and lean methodologies. He is passionate about translating that experience to training, and has coached multiple clients in agile and lean practices and techniques that can be applied from development to the PMO and beyond. For the past year he has been a part of the Thoughtworks Studios core Training team.
His interests include building and crashing remote control helicopters, designing build break alert machines out of Arduinos and nerf guns, playing nursery rhymes on his electric guitar for his two daughters and desperately trying to collect all the conkers before the school kids get to them (Apparently they ward off spiders and he is currently trying to conduct an experiment to prove or disprove the theory)
