Vera Petermann

As a cultural scientist who has worked at the intersection of tech and culture for several years, I have joined Thoughtworks as a Business Analyst in 2019. I strongly believe in interdisciplinary teams who solve real problems for real people by creating services and products that deliver value early - following agile and lean principles. I advocate creating a people-first environment in which humans are happy to work and build valuable technology together.

In my role as BA and Program BA, I have worked in a variety of team set-ups (from small co-delivery teams to large delivery accounts) and industries (e.g. automobile, insurance, public transport). My work is driven by my endless curiosity for new domains, working with and enabling people while finding solutions that make a difference to the business and its users.
