To say that Jeffrey loves business analysis is selling it short. In his words, "I think few roles have the power to change the world more than a good Business Analyst." He is at the forefront of change with a career spanning more than 2 decades helping organizations hone their business processes by improving their business analysis and project management practices. Jeffrey loves (reading, talking and mentoring people about) software requirements, agile/scrum, management training, and public speaking. He also enjoys spending time with his family and occasionally squeezing in a game of poker.
