Fabian Nonnenmacher

I'm a Lead Engineer at Thoughtworks who brings a unique perspective to AI engineering. I began my career as a backend software developer, before taking  on a product BA role, which helped me develop a distinct skill set that combines robust software architecture with a business and product mindset. This dual focus was central to my most recent work as an AI Engineer, where I led the successful delivery of an MLOps platform.

I believe technical depth and product thinking go hand in hand and I'm a vocal advocate for building AI agent platforms that do more than just function. I champion solutions that enhance developer experience and ensure every technical effort drives real-world value.
