Hameet’s growth at Thoughtworks is linked to several hats that she has donned; Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager, General Manager for the Pune and Mumbai office and more recently being a Talent Strategy Advisor.
In her career spanning more than 16 years, Hameet has gained experience ranging from delivering digital solutions using various agile methodologies, building high performing teams, structuring and setting up distributed engagements to running office-wide operations.
Outside her work, she has interest in Indian history and minimalism. She loves to spend time with her kid and family in nature.
