I am a Transformation Lead in Global IT Services, focusing on embedding AI at the core of IT operations to modernize services, enable intelligent automation and scale service delivery. I'm currently trying to evolve portfolio management into an AI-powered, value-driven capability that increases internal visibility and enables data-backed decision-making across the company.

With 15 years at Thoughtworks, I've had a diverse cross-functional career which spans sales, retail marketing, employer branding and product marketing before I moved into Global IT Services. This breadth of experience has shaped my perspective as a transformation leader.
