I am a Design Strategist with 23+ years of experience across strategy, business design, digital transformation, creative consulting, and storytelling. I have held leadership roles across diverse industries, including consumer electronics (mobile and wearables), health-tech, ed-tech, HR-tech, banking and financial services, communications and media. At Thoughtworks, I lead the CXPD service line for IME.

Practicing user-centered design at the intersection of technology, business and Culture, I have led talented global teams that have been recognized with industry leading design awards including Red Dot, iF Award, Design for Asia Award as well as several international patents.

Passionate about the role Data and AI are playing in shaping the future of business, brand and behaviour. I love to engage with my professional community, evangelize Design in cross-disciplinary environments and mentor as well as learn from students and young designers.
