Natália Silveira

I am passionate about Global Mobility and the opportunities it creates to connect people, cultures, and perspectives across borders. I firmly believe that individuals and organizations thrive when exposed to diverse experiences.
 

That’s why I joined Thoughtworks in Porto Alegre in 2011, as part of the Global Mobility Team.

I have helped build and evolve Global Mobility at Thoughtworks, supporting immigration and mobility processes, creating guidance and policies, and shaping strategic mobility programs across regions.
 

In 2019, I was appointed Head of Global Mobility, where I now lead and support global mobility work with a stronger strategic focus across policy, workforce flexibility, and advisory capability.
 

I live in Scotland with my partner, daughter, and 2 dogs.
