Leslie Jarrin

I studied Computer Science and I had the chance to work in this industry since I was 19 years old. I have played almost every role in this industry. I have worked in the private sector, for the government, as a teacher in the University and before joining Thoughtworks I spent 9 years as a General Manager in my own company, which is still working.I was hired in ThoughWorks in 2013 to open our office in Quito. This has been an amazing experience. It is the first Spanish speaker office and we see this as a big challenge.  I consider myself as a community person. I support different initiatives most of them related with technology specially those ones that help to grow the Software Industry in Ecuador.
