Chuanxiang has a wealth of experiences in organizational transformation. He has more than 17 years’ experience in the IT industry with a rich background across industries like banking, insurance, telecom, retail and logistics.

 

Chuanxiang joined Thoughtworks in 2013 as an Agile Coach. With a strong passion for creating learning organizations, Chuanxiang has helped many client teams adopt new ways of working, becoming an evangelist for Agile and Lean. He is the principal of The China Agile Coach academy.

 

Chuanxiang has been leading the Digital Transformation advisory team since 2017. His primary focus is to help enterprises ride digital challenges through building responsive, agile organizations.
