I joined Thoughtworks in 2009 as a quality analyst. Since then, I've worked across multiple roles spanning software delivery, development, quality, capability building and security leadership. I've served as Head of Security for India and been the Global Community Lead for Security. Currently, I lead security for AI platforms initiatives; I am also the BISO for India and the Middle East.

I'm passionate about embedding quality in software delivery and believe it requires a cultural shift as much as a technical one. I'm passionate about building mindsets and cultures that prioritize both security and ethics and draw much of my motivation from the constant opportunities I have to innovate at Thoughtworks. I'm also a regular contributor to open source projects and enjoy participating in the wider software community.

While I've had many different objectives and areas of focus over the last 15 years in the industry, the core of my professional philosophy is simple: do the right thing — and do it right.
