HR Intern - Strategic Programs & Talent Operations
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical HR Intern to support strategic talent initiatives, program management activities, and large-scale recruitment operations. This role goes beyond routine coordination and offers an opportunity to work on high-impact projects involving data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, communication strategy, and process optimization.
The ideal candidate should be someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, driving operational excellence, and collaborating across teams to improve candidate and hiring experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Management
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of key talent initiatives.
- Drive coordination across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery and operational efficiency.
- Assist in building structured workflows, trackers, timelines, and governance mechanisms for ongoing hiring programs.
Data Management & Analytics
- Manage and analyze large volumes of recruitment and talent data with high accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Analytics teams to derive actionable insights and improve decision-making.
- Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership reviews.
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Drive clear, professional, and timely communication with candidates, recruiters, hiring teams, and external stakeholders.
- Support communication strategies for hiring campaigns, engagement initiatives, and program updates.
- Ensure a seamless and positive stakeholder experience through strong coordination and responsiveness.
Process Excellence & Operations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
- Support documentation, reporting, and standardization of recruitment/program processes.
- Assist in creating scalable mechanisms to support high-volume hiring initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech + MBA (2026 batch).
- Minimum CGPA of 8.0 and above throughout academics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with large datasets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Interest in HR strategy, program management, talent operations, and analytics.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
- Exposure to dashboards, reporting, or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Prior internship/project experience in HR operations, analytics, program management, or coordination is preferred.
