With over 15 years of experience in the tech industry, I've held various roles — including developer, tech lead, solutions architect, and executive advisor — helping leaders craft and execute strategies that leverage technology to drive positive business outcomes.

As Head of Technology at Thoughtworks, my primary mission is ensuring that our vibrant community of technologists and our commitment to technical excellence remain at the core of our business strategy, how we’re perceived in the market, and all the services we deliver to our clients.

I'm also part of Thoughtworks' Technology Advisory Board, serving as a two-way channel between our Latin America operations and Thoughtworks' Global CTO office.
