I am an AI-focused Software Engineer with close to a year of experience at Thoughtworks, currently working as a System Support Engineer. My work primarily spans AIOps and AI-driven solutions, where I contribute to building and improving intelligent systems that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

I have hands-on experience with emerging AI concepts including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), evaluation frameworks, and foundational AI/LLM workflows.
