Anka is a set of tools to create, manage, distribute, build and test macOS reproducible virtual environments for iOS and macOS. It brings Docker-like experience to macOS environments: instant start, CLI to manage virtual machines and registry to version and tag virtual machines for distribution. We've used Anka to build a macOS private cloud for a client. This tool is worth considering when virtualizing iOS and macOS environments.
