John leads Tech Advisory Services at Thoughtworks, working with boards and executive teams on the governance, operating, and investment decisions required in an AI-enabled enterprise. A former McKinsey partner, technology strategist, and executive leader with deep experience at the intersection of business strategy, enterprise platforms, and artificial intelligence. Across consulting, product development, and operating roles, he has helped organizations translate advanced technology into real economic performance and has seen firsthand why many transformations fall short.
 

At McKinsey, John was a leader in the Digital and Analytics Practice, working with Fortune 500 executives to scale AI across customer experience, operations, and decision-making. 
 

Prior to McKinsey, John was a Managing Director at Accenture, where he led the firm’s Applied Intelligence platform and helped build and scale its Mobility and Digital Platform businesses.
