Many companies are adopting Continuous Delivery as a practice for accelerating cycle time between “development complete” and “in production”. However, development and operations teams in these companies have faced challenges in this evolutionary journey.
Recently, Thoughtworks conducted a customer study to understand the perspective and document the experiences of several organizations in their evolution to Continuous Delivery. The aim of the study was to document current software delivery practices, understand priorities for changing delivery and deployment processes, and identify the challenges and issues they faced in this evolution. In this webinar, we’ll summarize and share our findings. We believe that the insights from our customers will be valuable in proactively identifying and addressing issues and challenges in your own organization’s evolution to Continuous Delivery.
