I lead the Customer Experience Strategy service within the CX Service Line for North America. For more than 20 years, I have been helping clients develop a clearer understanding of how to improve their customers’ lives, and in turn deliver business impact. Through strategy, product innovation, and experience design, I have helped Fortune 500 companies find new ways to serve customers and meet unmet needs, and in the process create new value for enterprises. I am an advisory board member for Rutgers University Customer Experience Program, and a judge for the 2021 North American Customer Centricity Awards.
