The Interview

I came to find ThoughtWorks by

Recommendation. Hao XU, the head of technology in China happened to read my blog and then recommended me.

My geeky passion is

Create a simple mobile game for my son.

The best advice I can give a current or future ThoughtWorker is

Make a clear self-improvement plan, action on it and review it monthly.

The thing I'm most proud of from my time here is

Working with some really good people who can be life-long friends, not just colleagues.

One of the most interesting stories I recall from my time at ThoughtWorks was when

I was working in a UK project and the 10 teammates were from 8 different countries / cultures.

The most interesting thing I've learned on the job is

The skills of understanding customer needs and communication with customers, can also be applied to everyday life.

The thing I love most about my work is

Helping people identify their real priorities.

If I could fix one of the world's problems, I'd put my powers to use on behalf of

the Chinese villagers to stop the over industrialization in China.

With ThoughtWorks, I've visited

Xian, Beijing, Bangalore, London, Los Angelos, Brisbane, Sydney, Chengdu.
