Job responsibilities
- You will work with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to discuss and lead the creation of Workday solutions based on business needs.
- You will create solutions in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
- You will collaborate with QAs to define the testing strategy and will support the creation of testing scenarios.
- You will bring experience in deploying Workday in enterprise environments across multiple countries.
- Your communication will be proactive, and you will handle tough and demanding situations with ease.
- You will clearly document architectural and solution decisions.
- You will mentor juniors and freshers to help them become Workday experts.
Job qualifications
Technical Skills
- You should hands-on experience on Workday HCM configuration and strong knowledge in WD module(s) [Absence, Performance, Intermediate knowledge in integrations] of Workday and has a deep understanding of the creation of organization types, job profiles, compensation, employee self service etc.
- In-depth hands-on experience of Workday security model and business process
- In-depth hands-on experience in EIB integration, calculated fields and advanced reports.
- Ability to analyse Workday release updates to understand and communicate the impact of feature changes to the existing configuration.
- Resolve Workday issues through active trouble-shooting and diagnostic research
Professional Skills
- Articulation in communication should be excellent.
- You will act as a mentor for less experienced peers through both your technical knowledge and ability to inspire a team to deliver extraordinary impact together
- You’re resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives

Onsite Work Expectation
