Thoughtworks was recognized by Great Place To Work® as one of the best organizations for women in Brazil
Thoughtworks Brazil was once again awarded by Great Place To Work®, this time as one of the 20 best places for women to work in Brazil. The evaluation was based on criteria such as trust levels, cultural practices and women percentage amongst leadership positions.
The award ceremony took place in São Paulo on March 8th with Thoughtworks being represented by Daniela Andrade, Maitê Balhester, Clarissa Martins and Vinícius Andrade.
On a day that represents women's struggle towards a fairest society, Thoughtworks took the award as an important achievement, but keeping in mind that there's still much more to achieve. The recognition reassures Thoughtworks commitment to strive for creating more inclusive and fair environments for women and people from oppressed groups in technology industry.
