Lead Associate Field Marketing

Newcastle, UK

The Field Marketer works closely with local vertical market sales teams to develop, implement and manage field marketing strategies that align with local market goals. This will include supporting the execution of global campaigns by developing local plans to support middle and bottom-of-funnel pipeline progression. The Field Marketer possesses strong project management skills and thrives in an autonomous environment, independently leading field marketing initiatives while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams

Job responsibilities

  • Event Management: Organize and manage European events, including webinars, aligned with global campaigns.
  • Localization: Adapt events and content to resonate with the European market.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with the global campaign center team to implement regional campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Develop insights posts, client stories, and persuasive content.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide up-to-date marketing materials to the sales team.
  • Strategic Marketing: Contribute to commercial conversations and inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Market Collaboration: Partner with the market director on marketing implementation.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and report on the success of field marketing activities.
  • Data Management: Maintain records of activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use data to refine and improve field marketing strategies.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Experience in B2B marketing, including in-person and online events.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in marketing digital transformation or technology consulting services (preferred).

Professional Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-driven and resilient mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in both team and autonomous environments.
  • Thriving in unstructured environments.
  • Ability to provide valuable insights and suggestions for improving marketing campaigns.
