Demand Marketing Specialist (Senior)

With an understanding of strategy, campaign development, sales and marketing partnerships and more they enable Thoughtworks to achieve their strategic business goals. They bring a combination of hands-on involvement in campaign planning and execution, ongoing project management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, alignment across leadership and key stakeholders to make extraordinary impact. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Champion Thoughtworks’ brand and partner with leaders, teams and Thoughtworkers to drive consistency with the brand locally
  • You will play a critical role in developing the demand marketing strategy and approach for our Southeast Asia region
  • Own and direct demand marketing initiatives for the region 
  • Design account based marketing strategies (focus on our high value accounts) as an account team leadership member to drive key strategic account goals
  • Collaborate closely with the demand team to define goals and objectives
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional marketing teams to execute on key campaign goals (global centers of excellence, local resources, and agencies)
  • A customer-focused leader and thinker, you will work with internal stakeholders to determine targets and goals by being the voice of the customer
  • Execute and track campaigns, continually monitoring and measuring program performance and providing recommendations for improvements
  • Contribute to creating and articulating the value proposition of marketing by showing results of key campaigns and being a strategic partner to leadership and sales teams

Job qualifications

Technical skills

  • You bring 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing; bonus points if you have exposure to technology and/or consultancy industries
  • You seamlessly take business objectives and translate them into a marketing strategy with tangible outcome and measurable goals
  • You have a strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels and can creatively apply both to your work 

Professional skills

  • You are a creative thinker, a risk taker and love experimenting with new ideas
  • Your project management skills are top notch and your organization helps you take the lead, make decisions and work independently 
  • You have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
