Vapasi - Business Analyst (BA)

Vapasi, a #TalkTechToHer initiative from Thoughtworks helps experienced women technologists who are currently on a career break, resume their tech journeys. The last 20 batches of Vapasi tailored for Developers and Quality Analysts saw more than 250+ women participate in the returnee program. Many of our Vapasi graduates are enjoying productive career paths at Thoughtworks and other companies.

Due to COVID-19 and in accordance with health and safety guidelines, our 21st batch of Thoughtworks Vapasi will be a virtual one.

Vapasi for Business Analysts (BA) at Thoughtworks

Business Analysts are the facilitators of change and understanding. BAs define a business problem and put a plan into action.They bring trust, a knack for storytelling and a focus on value to team and client alike.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Women technologists with 6 or more years of experience as a business analyst, prior to their break.
• With a career break of a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 8 years.
• Technical background is nice to have.
• Have demonstrated experience of working successfully with development teams to deliver software is nice to have
