AWS/Azure - Junior Sales Coordinator2021-11-11T17:43:08-05:00<p><strong>Thoughtworks Global Partnership Team&nbsp; - </strong><strong>Partnership Alliance Support/Operations</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Global Partnership Alliance Junior Support person will be focused on:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Global Partnerships administrative backlog</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Continuous development our AWS | APN and ACE opportunity submission process</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Data entry into the ACE system</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintaining/updating the ACE opportunities to Thoughtworks SalesFunnel system</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Contacting ThoughtWorks sales team members to assist in opportunity submissions</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Distributing reports every two weeks to Country Heads of Demand</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Updating Global Partnerships dashboard&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaboration and foster ideas for motivating sales teams to consistently input submissions</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Liase with our Cloud Partner Development teams</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Skills:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proficient with working in spreadsheets (excel, csv, etc)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Able to communicate effectively with the global sales team via email and video&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>AWS | APN and ACE Opportunity Submission Process</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>AWS APN Opportunity Entry Process Development and Global Demand Outreach</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As an AWS partner and participant in the APN Customer Engagement Program (ACE), Thoughtworks is required to enter our AWS Opportunities globally into the ACE portal (with the exception of confidential situations).&nbsp; This activity enables APN Partners to drive successful Customer Engagements on AWS and allows TW to receive generated leads. apply for funding, access sales and technical support resources and will increase our alignment, collaboration and support.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This activity does not match up easily between TW and AWS, requiring process development that will have a manual element until we are further along in the process (at which time we hope to be able to have more automation).&nbsp; Therefore,&nbsp; the Global Partnership Team is creating an ACE Opportunity Entry Process and will be responsible for initiating, streamlining and aiding in the developing/documentaion the process.&nbsp; The expected flow follows:</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Opportunity Report</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage the Partnership Sales Funnel Partnership Report.
