Product Owner 产品经理(华东业务线)2021-11-04T22:40:27-04:00<p>You’ll spend time on the following:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with teammates to understand and articulate product vision for clients</li> <li>You will facilitate and lead workshops that generate customized business solutions</li> </ul> <ul> <li>You will help companies from a variety of industries achieve true, differentiating outcomes</li> </ul> <ul> <li>You will analyze the as-is situation and collaborate with clients to create artifacts (personas, epics, stories, etc.) to maximize value</li> </ul> <ul> <li>You will facilitate analysis workshops through “innovation games” with senior client stakeholders to outline business vision, objective, product roadmap, and a project release plan</li> <li>You will be an effective liaison between the client and your team will consist of SMEs, C-suite executives, developers, quality analysts, tech architects, user experience designers, project managers, etc to manage the product backlog and keep an eye on the software delivery&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with teammates on the analysis and design of complex business applications using the latest technologies</li> <li>You will conduct workshops&nbsp; and work on custom software in software delivery teams helping to disrupt industries</li> <li>You will be involved in the Analyst community to share knowledge, mentor and evangelize Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development analysis best practices</li> <li>You will work in agile teams that facilitate organizational transformations for medium- and large-scale businesses</li> <li>Develop your career outside of the confinements of a traditional career path by focusing on what you’re passionate about rather than a predetermined one-size-fits-all plan</li> </ul> <p>Here’s what we’re looking for:</p> <ul> <li>You have a track record of delivering impactful software, ideally on a collaborative software delivery&nbsp; team</li> </ul> <ul> <li>You have attention to detail, a practical approach to the day-to-day work of story-writing and delivery, and can draw a line directly from an overarching client strategy to your team’s outcomes&nbsp;</li> <li>An interest in coaching others, sharing your experience and knowledge with teammates</li> </ul> <ul> <li>You enjoy unearthing the root cause(s) of a client’s pain points, validating a business opportunity or problem and partnering to deliver a solution</li> <li>You are a well versed with&nbsp; Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies and love to mentor others&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>You understand how businesses operate and have experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques to facilitate requirement elicitation sessions&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>You have a knack for prioritization, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, and resolving conflicts as they arise&nbsp;</li> <li>You’re resilient and flexible in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from technical and business perspectives</li> <li>You have a genuine passion for quality software and the know-how to get from sketch to code</li> </ul> <p><br>工作职责:<br>-负责产品的规划,与BA和UX配合完成产品需求分析、产品设计<br>-针对产品近期及长期目标制定具体产品计划,并负责推动落实具体目标达成<br>-负责在项目推进过程中的跨部门协调沟通工作,能够协调各资源以确保产品顺利发展职位<br><br>岗位要求:<br>-有4-8年互联网相关产品设计经验和研发经验,至少经历过1个完整的产品研发生命周期(或关键大版本发布周期),深入理解迭代、敏捷开发等通用产品开发流程模型<br>-对所在行业状态、行业变化敏感,有独立理解和判断-优秀的沟通协作能力、资源整合能力和系统分析能力<br>-擅长从用户角度考虑问题,对用户需求有较好识别判断能力<br>-卓越的产品策划、设计能力,熟悉产品设计工作循环,有较高产品品味<br>-出色的产品规划能力,主导产品方向和制定长期规划,并拆分为可实施项目<br>-有新零售/电商产品经理背景<br>-英语至少读写(能写英文文档)</p>ThoughtworksShanghaiChina
