You will use the latest Lean and Agile thinking, create pragmatic solutions to solve mission-critical problems and challenge yourself every day.</span></p> <p><strong>You’ll spend time on the following:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will advise business and technology executives on how to build modern digital businesses - from strategy to execution - by enabling the organizational, technology and people capabilities needed to succeed in a hyper-digitized world.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will proactively build relationships with technology and business executives while acting as an ambassador for Thoughtworks.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will champion best practices, tools and offerings like Modern Digital Business, </span><a href="https://www.thoughtworks.com/news/digital-fluency-model"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Digital Fluency Model</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">, Lean Enterprise, Tech Radar, EDGE, DPS, Data Mesh, CX Design and Clean Tech.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will create new offerings, points of view and workshop material based on client feedback and market trends in collaboration with North America and global colleagues.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will partner with Demand, Market and Service Line teams to win client pursuits.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will partner with Marketing teams to develop extraordinary material to support internal and external demand generation and education activities.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will support recruiting activities while ensuring we select the best candidates in terms not only of technical skills but also their alignment with our culture.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will take ownership and accountability to coach, mentor and develop other Thoughtworkers.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will take ownership and accountability beyond individual deliverables, always pushing the envelope in order to deliver awesome results for our clients</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will take ownership and accountability on key financial metrics: revenue, margin and utilization.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will learn, digest and subsequently be the ambassador of Thoughtworks latest technology thinking to solve client problems.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Here’s what we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have at least 15 years of experience as a senior level consultant and/or technology executive role.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You’re skilled at building relationships with C-suite executives and feel confident having conversations at the intersection of technology and business.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You’re a team player first, second and last.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You’re willing and able to commit to travel to client sites in order to solve their business problems</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You’re resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have experience with </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Agile and/or Lean approaches</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bonus points if you have experience on developing business cases to articulate the value of technology initiatives towards achieving business goals</span></li> </ul> <h3><strong><em>A few important things to know:</em></strong></h3> <p><strong>While we’ve traditionally been a traveling consultancy, travel is not required for this role at the moment.
