You will learn to use the latest Lean and Agile thinking, create pragmatic solutions to solve mission-critical problems and challenge yourself every day.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>You can work from one of our offices in Bucharest, Iasi or Cluj-Napoca, or remotely from Romania.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Cloud migration</li> <li>Cloud administration (on Jira and Confluence)</li> <li>Service tuning and client support</li> <li>Work together with our client’s team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Support Engineer who can grow within a face paced environment</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering</li> <li>Experience and proficiency with Atlassian products - Confluence, JIRA (Server/Cloud) is a must</li> <li>Experience creating scripts (Bash/Python)</li> <li>Experience in log analysis</li> <li>Experience with Active Directory and Azure would be a plus</li> <li>Good server knowledge and customer service/technical operations experience</li> <li>Excellent English communication skills</li> <li>Analytical and problem-solving experience</li> <li>Identify and apply best practices within and across teams</li> <li>Act as a connector between customer service and product/development</li> <li>Thrive in fast paced environments</li> <li>Great at prioritizing, organized</li> <li>Great communication skills</li> </ul> <p>We proudly, passionately and actively strive to make both Thoughtworks and our industry more representative of the communities we serve.
