It will be supporting correct, efficient and comprehensive reporting on global incentive plan matters. It will be supporting the annual pay review cycles for multiple countries including use of budget and creating merit models.&nbsp; It will be supporting projects for the Global Head of Total Rewards and assisting the senior compensation Analyst.&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a Global Compensation Analyst, you will have experience in HR and Reward in an global business (with at least 5 years of some combination, at least 3 years of Reward)</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What Will Your Background Look Like?</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will have supported annual merit and annual bonus process.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will have experience in a Global business and ideally Global Reward function.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Workday systems experience required (as the primary HRIS user, not as a person with Workday consultant skills)</span></p> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Equity plan/stock based pay experience (managing, processes, supporting database)</span></p> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> experience in managing and renewing employee benefit plans</span></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Run annual bonus programs</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Run merit pay cycle analysis in multiple countries</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support disclosure needs on global executive pay matters, including compensation analytics</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support custom benchmark requests</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Update global pay ranges</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create and update processes regarding merit review, annual bonus and stock plan based reporting</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create organisation and documentation on compensation matters where they would have a Sarbanes Oxley control touchpoint</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be the monitor/guardian of certain approval matrices around compensation</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional Excel skills</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">MS and or G suite apps - strong experience</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to contribute to a specialist team&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Able to run with instructions and deliver rather than manage up</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Capable of issue spotting and finding possible solutions not bringing problems</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Listen</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Able to run with instructions and circle back on gaps for delivery</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work in a global virtual team environment</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Good communicator and coordinate skills</span></li> </ul> </div> <div style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13.333333969116211px;"> <p style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> </div> <br><br><br>&nbsp;</div>ThoughtworksBangaloreIndia
